Excellent stay from start to finish

Pros: Excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Facilities were exactly what I needed, and everything worked smoothly. Great value for money for the quality offered. The location is a big plus—easy access to everything around Sirkeci. I’d definitely stay again and recommend Grand Sirkeci Hotel without hesitation.

Pros: Strategically located near the tram station. Easily accessible to Sultanahmet. Spice Bazaar nearby.

Pros: The staff are extremely helpful and accommodated any request. My room had a pleasent view.

Cons: The room fridge was contained within a small cupboard with inadequate ventilation. So the heat of the fridge builds up causing lots of heat around the fridge. This is very energy inefficient, suggest adding extra ventilation on the side to prevent this buildup.

Pros: Excellent location. Everything in 5-10 minutes around the hotel.

Cons: No compromises to check in just 5-10 minutes before check in hour. Use local taxi app, not the proposed by hotel, because using hotel taxi service your final price can be up to 50% higher than it was promised by reception guys. Breakfast is poor. Good, but poor.

I will choose to stay there again and again!

Pros: This was the third time we stayed in this hotel and this shows how much we appreciate what it offers. Location is excellent close to Spice bazar, Eminonu port, Galata bridge. Also the old town, Agia Sofia and Grand Bazar are in walking distance. Travelling with a person in wheelchair we stay in a fully accessible room and the people in the from desk are always willing to help us. There is a person in the reception 24 hours a day.

Pros: Super central, very clean and really nice room! The stuff, especially Bülent was really friendly, he cleaned the room every day and made sure there was nothing missing 😊 will definitely be back!
