Excellent stay but please change the pillows

Pros: This hotel was very cute and stylish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent! Right in the heart of Sultan Ahmet district. A short walk to Haga Sofia and Blue Mosque, and an even shorter walk to the Bosphorus and Grand Bazaar. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice selection of food. The room was modern and comfortable with amazing water pressure in the bathroom. The gym downstairs was also very convenient to have - basic but it did the job. We would definitely stay there again. But we will bring our own pillows lol.

Cons: The pillows were terrible. My partner said it's like they are stuffed with newspapers lol. We saw that it's stuffed with real feathers, but somehow it's very hard and flat. They either need to replace them or to air them out to become fluffy again. We had a stiff neck every morning. We also tried 2 different rooms and it was exactly the same issue.

Great hotel

Pros: Location, location, location! Just 10-15mins away from Blue mosque, Sofia Hagia, Topkapi palace, Galata bridge, Gulgune park, between Eminonu and Sultanahmed stations. A lot of places to shop and to eat around. The room wasn't very spaciuos but it has everything you may need during your stay - there were even iron with ironing board. Staff is very helpfull, even if they can't help, they are trying! The bed was big and very comfortable, but pillows were hard and uncomfortabe so we asked if they have another one, not so hard. On the other day we found softer pillow in our room. Breakfast is a little bit poor with small choice, but scrambled eggs were deliciuos. Coffee from the mashine was terrible but there is starbucks coffee menu at the bar - it's much better. Very good and stable wifi. There is a small table with a chair by the window where you can work if needed - very comfortable solution though the room is not big. Very clean everywhere. Big and very comfortable shower

Cons: Breakfast is a little bit poor with small choice and coffee from the mashine was terrible. The only thing I missed in the room was vanity kit

Pros: Good location in Sultanamet (walking distance to main attractions, metro nearby), good breakfast, very neat room. Staff very helpful as well.

Perfect for what we needed.

Pros: Friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Location was perfect for main sights and using public transport. Comfy beds and housekeeping were amazing! I’ve stayed at 3 different hotels in Istanbul previously and the service here was amazing!

Cons: Coffee at breakfast could have been better-but that’s me being very particular.

Pros: Cleanliness and Service. Location is perfect also. Excellent breakfast buffet option and beds and pillows were perfect. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Hampton by Hilton team.

Quiet and clean with a great location

Pros: The location is great, breakfast is fine, facilities are clean and nice.

Cons: The jewelry sold at the lobby was sold as silver and it is not. The shop is called Alexandra Gold. The ring I bought as silver was scratched on the same day and it's trash.

Pros: Clean hotel. Good location. Helpful staff at reception, restaurant and room cleaning. Luggage storage facility. Special thanks to the kind and always smiling lady at reception and to Erhan who helped us put our luggage in the van.

Cons: Breakfast could be better, maybe add an omelette counter and additional juice options. Pillows could be better.

Great location and good breakfast

Pros: Very good location and excellent breakfast. Walking distance to all tourist spots in the area.

Brilliant exactly what we were looking for

Pros: Hotel staff was great and very friendly, offered us free water and starbucks coffee upon our arrival during check-in time. Our rooms were clean. They have fast wifi. Room was quiet, there was no noise from outside or neighbouring rooms. The best thing is the location, it is close to all touristy places. I would not recommend for old aged people or someone with leg/foot issue as this location is on a hill so going in and out of the hotel could be challenging. We are young couple so it was fine for us. Hotel also offered to keep our luggage in a luggage locker for free after check-out till our taxi arrived. Hotel's lobby washroom is very clean as well. I will definitely book this hotel again, I will also recommend this hotel to all my family and friends visiting Istanbul.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better, it has very limited options. I would not recommend it, better to try local breakfast from right across the hotel on Ankara street. I booked Superior King Room but it seems like I got Twin Room with two twin beds. I did not complain as we were just 2 adults and we managed it. But it shows that the hotel does not care much about it, as nobody notified us that we were getting twin room rather than king room. Slightly pricey in my opinion.

Pros: I am very satisfied, excellent staff, service and cleanliness. Good breakfast.
