It was an overall good experience, I would improve house keeping.

Pros: The reception and staff were really kind and nice and a really good breakfast with a lot of options

Cons: The rooms are not insulated and you can hear the people in the next room, also the room was really small and little bit dusty.

Pros: The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect - the main sights and the Grand Bazaar were within walking distance.

Cons: It would have been good to have a small table somewhere to put a glass or a cup of tea on it.

Pros: The morning buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The reception staff were available around the clock and assisted us promptly whenever needed, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The cleaning team did an excellent job, keeping everything spotless throughout our visit. The hotel’s location is perfect for sightseeing, just a short walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar. Overall, it’s an ideal choice for anyone wanting both convenience and great service in the heart of the city.

Pros: I travel frequently, but I rarely leave reviews about hotels because I am simply too lazy. However, I must leave a review about this wonderful hotel. If I had to rate the hotel on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give it a 50. It is difficult to imagine a better location in Istanbul. All the sights, the Bosphorus, and the Egyptian Bazar are a leisurely 10-15 minute walk away. The metro station is right across from the hotel, which is very convenient if you are traveling to or from the airport. The rooms are very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel staff is great. Everyone is very friendly. The breakfasts are amazing, with omelets, vegetables, Turkish sausages, and other Turkish specialties that are very tasty. The black tea is the best in the world. My wife, my sister, her boyfriend, and I fell in love with Istanbul, and the hotel left the best impression. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.
