Pros: Great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—close to attractions and easy to get around. The room is quiet and comfortable, great for a good night’s sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I traveled with my parents, and they were very happy with everything. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Ideal location very good reception

Pros: Ideal location, nice rooms, receptionists were exceptional very kind and helpful

Cons: The room although it was nice could have some renovation since there were humidity spots in the walls Breakfast was a little poor bad the least pleasant were the ladies at the breakfast buffet, rude and they would not smile at all any of the 5 days we stayed

It was a perfect holiday and stay with Meserret Hotel. I will recommend to others.

Pros: location is strategic, at the center of Sirkeci area, nearby tourist attraction area like Sultanahmet and Hagia Sofia Mosque, nearby Gulhane tram station, nearby Egyptian Bazaar, nearby Eminonu jetty, restaurants are everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread was scrumptious eventhough not much of variety.

Pros: Our room in this modestly priced hotel was cleaner and in better repair than our rooms in the Legacy Ottoman. The rooms were well appointed, color coordinated, and comfortable. I loved the ceiling moldings. The bathroom was freshly renovated.

Cons: Most hotels and public spaces in Turkey use a distinct perfume which I dislike. Fortunately, the scent was light on this hotel and absent from our hotel room.
