Eurostar Old City Hotel & Spa

Pros: This is a really great hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, close to the road and the metro, and there are no steep hills, so moving around is easy, fast, and simple this is the biggest plus for me. The room is warm and very clean, honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The shower has strong water pressure, which I really liked. The staff are especially kind, friendly, and always helpful during my stay, they often asked if I needed any support and made me feel welcome. This is a good hotel that I truly recommend if you plan to stay in Istanbul.

Pros: Great location: Close to Bosphorus, Galata bridge, ferry station and Grand Bazaar. 2-3 tram stations to Topkapi, Gulhane park, Sultanahmet, haiga Sofia, cisterna basilica and others. Hotel: Modern, accessible with great breakfast. Amazing personal who helped me in every need I had. Thank you guys and Savas who escorted me to my transfer which was stuck in a traffic jam! Amenities: Teapot with a variety of tee selection and coffee, slippers, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner and ear sticks. Quite amazing for a 4* hotel in such touristic location. Free massage and sauna for the guests.

Cons: No mini bar Lobby cafe is quite poor, but a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Be aware of your heads’ safety in Mansard rooms

Good location

Pros: Great location, very good breakfast, and mostly pleasant staff

Cons: Some of the hotel staff can be quite pushy and annoying, asking too many questions during breakfast and forcing unnecessary conversations. Light switches in the room did not work. Someone from the staff tried to enter the room while we were inside, even though we were shouting not to enter.

Pros: The property is center situated from main touristic points of a few minutes distance walking like Grand Bazar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Blue Mosque e.g

Cons: The bathroom is very old and rusty, they should really change everything in the bathroom as it is full of rust

Pros: I like the upgraded rooms .Will definitely come back to this hotel next year.mainly due to the friendly breakfast staff and the warm soup every morning. The neighborhood has everything you need and the Tram and metro is nearby.
