Convenient location

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable, and we would like to give special thanks to the wonderful team: Asaad and Bashar at the reception – Always greeted us with a smile, were kind, helpful, and handled every request professionally. They made us feel right at home! *Fatma, the housekeeping staff – Did an amazing job. The rooms were always spotless, fresh, and cleaned with great attention to detail. Hotel location – Perfect! It's close to everything, very walkable, and ideal for exploring the city comfortably.

Lovely Oriental vibe hotel on a great location

Pros: Bed is really comfortable and the air conditioner works well. I love the oriental vibe and the staff is really nice and helpful. Great location, everything is in a walking distance.

Cons: The hotel is really nice but it does need some love and a repair here and there (decorative moldings on the ceiling). Breakfast would be nice.

Pros: It was our first time in Istanbul. Hotel staff was very polite. They spoke English which helps. They were able to guide us. Location is excellent. Tram station right across the street. street food and restaurants right there. Easy to reach all the major tourist spots from here. The staff also obliged to our requests. spacious room. cleaning lady very sweet and always gave us water bottles before we left outside for the day.

Cons: nothing. It was a pleasant stay.

Great stay and excellent location close to the water, tram and subway.

Pros: I liked that the rooms were big and very comfortable for a family of four.

Cons: The overall feel of the hotel could be improved for very little investment. For example, a lot of the wallpaper was torn in many places, the tile work was poor.
