Pros: Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were exceptional - couldn't be more helpful and attentive to our needs. Food in the restaurant was very very good.

Cons: Breakfast service appears to waste a lot of food on uneaten platters.

Excellent hotel for enjoying visit to Istanbul and it sites.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to many important sites. Very nice clean and modern facilities. Staff very helpful and available for any and all questions. Excellent overall hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Could improve some of the small details that set an excellent hotel apart (even small things like real cloth not paper napkins in the Restaraunt or better cleaning to change used glasses in the rooms. ). Really good hotel that could easily be even better with very minor improvements.

A great boutique hotel in a great location

Pros: Beautiful historic building recently renovated. Spotlessly clean, very refined. Rooms designed with taste and with attention to detail, feel special. Awesome location for access to all that one would want to see in old city and beyond, and yet very quiet, good sound proofing.

Cons: It is a great hotel for a short stay as it doesn’t have a gym or pool or much in the way of communal areas. Not a problem if you are spending the day out sightseeing as we did and only returned to the hotel to sleep. Also, it is quite expensive, but I felt it was doable for 2 nights.

Pros: Beautiful property. Very clean and a great location. The staff was wonderful and so helpful with booking activities and reservations. The restaurants they recommended were extraordinary.
