Pros: I am a returning customer to Old Port hotel. The last time I went on 2022 and on 2026 I came back once again staying at this hotel. First and foremost, we love the warm hospitality by Mr Ibrahim, he upgraded our room to suite room type. Furthermore, he’s always helping us with anything we needed like handling luggage, calling our airport transfer. Overall, staying at this hotel was top notch experience the location, the customer service , hotel facilities. The downside is only the poor wifi connection, maybe in near future the hotel management will take action about the WiFi connection.

A well-located hotel with comfortable rooms and welcoming reception staff.

Pros: Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly reception staff.

Cons: We noticed that the towels were often not replaced but simply refolded and put back on the shelf. They look fresh at first glance, but they aren’t. The breakfast selection is rather modest, though still enough to keep you from going hungry.

Pros: The hotel was in a great location, possibly one of the best locations in istanbul. The hotel was clean at all times. The staff are extremely kind and helpful at all times. All the staff were beyond amazing. Will only be staying at this hotel for future trips to istanbul
