Grand Esen Hotel

Pros: It was my first time visiting Istanbul, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The hotel’s location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to iconic sites like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great tips about the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did have a small issue with the water, but it was fixed instantly, so it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, nothing to complain about! The stay was absolutely worth the price. Highly recommended!

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for several days as a family, and honestly, it felt just like home. From the first day until the last, everything was perfect. I especially want to mention Ismael, who works at the hotel. I truly don’t have enough words to describe how kind, professional, and caring he is. He has all the good qualities anyone could wish for. We felt like one family. My grandma uses a wheelchair, and every single time we wanted to go out, Ismael was there to help us without hesitation. He took care of every detail and checked on us every day to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks to him and the hotel staff, our stay was stress-free and full of warmth. For anyone planning to visit Istanbul and still hasn’t chosen a hotel, I highly recommend this one. The location is excellent and very safe, with accommodation, transportation, and many important places all nearby. Everything you need is next to the hotel. I can assure you, you will not regret staying here.

Pros: Location Breakfast The hotel managers and staff are extremely friendly.

Pros: Everything was great. The rooms were cleaned every day and everything was perfectly maintained. Ismail and the other staff guy were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended – the hotel is also in an excellent location.

Our stay is amazing.

Pros: The location is perfect within Sirkeci and very near to the port and Eminonu. Everything is just walking distance even the grand bazaar, hagia sofia, blue mosque, basilica cistern and Topkapi palace.

Cons: The WC has no bidet but I think everywhere in Istanbul the toilet has no bidet haha.

Overall we have enjoyed our stay. We love this location. Thank you very much.

Pros: The location is great. It was next to the train station. Walking distance to the Bazaars . 2 train stops to Sultanahmet. The bed is very comfortable. Good mattress. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Ismail.

Cons: The room is quite small to place our luggages.

Good value for money as it’s in the center, but some things should be better looked after

Pros: The view is really great , the staff at the reception desk is amazing, the breakfast has good value for money, they even try to change the menu daily, the lady tries to come daily to clean, the location is right in the city center, tram station, subway -everything is 1 min away, lots of restaurants around, shops

Cons: It’s really tiny room, you literally can’t stay if you are a bit puffy, the elevator is tiny, the biggest thing for me was cockroaches that I found there, and in the morning I found bites from pests on my skin, I advised the staff to do sanitation

Pros: Very central, very nice staff, clean room next to the metro that goes to the train station. We got a sea view room.

Cons: A bit of noise from the street but that goes with being in the center I guess
