Pros: The main thing that we liked is the location of the hotel. Grand Bazar 10 min far from hotel by walking, tram station is 5 min by walk and metro station 10-15 min by walk. There are a lot of local shops aroud and local small restraumts and fast food. Also the staff in the hotel is very helpfull and polite. They want to help you with everything you asking about.

Cons: We did not recieved the type of room we booked via booking and we were asked to accept a small room without additional bed for the kind. The proposed room was extremely narrow like room for maximum two persons. We were spending half an our discussing with reception and looking for another options aviable at that moment and finally we got something better. They told us tha room we booked via booking is currently reserved for special guests.

Excellent location, warm atmosphere, and great service.

Pros: The hotel location is excellent, with a delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff who are always ready to assist. The lady and the guys at reception are polite and professional. The housekeeping team is constantly available if you need anything, and the manager is also present, eager to make your stay enjoyable.

Nice stay in Instanbul

Pros: The location is very close to the tram station Beyazit and all old town attractions. The staff is friendly and I would like to mention Ahmed and Mesud who assisted me with all my questions.

Cons: I have made reservation for a bigger room with three beds but it was not available at the time of our arrival and checking-in. They gave us temporary 4 beds room and another day we received 2 beds room which was smaller then I was expecting.
