Amazing Stay as Always

Pros: Always feels like home. The warm space, the warmth of the staff and exceptional hospitality and customer service is amazing. They always exceed expectations. I feel safe and happy when I have lodged here. Furcken, Omar , Umet made my stay a beautiful one.

Pros: We like to stay in this hotel because it's clean and comfortable, good location, good service and good staff. It would be much better if breakfast could be provided.

Great stay, great hotel with really friendly staff. Close to main tourist attractions. Recommend!

Pros: Grest hotel with great staff. Everything was quickly dealt with by the team!

Cons: The only issue I had was access. The taxi driver dropped me off a little way away, but that was not on the hotel, it was just he wasn't sure how to access the hotel directly. I would recommend booking the hotel taxi to avoid this.

The Best in Istanbul and Value for Money

Pros: The Staff are AMAZING Turkish people my God .. they make you feel like home. It is close to everything. Tram and Shops. The Room is so comfortable. They gave me Data and I paid later. The cleaning ladies are the best too. Loft hired the best people to take care of guests. I will make this my home in Istanbul

Simple, convenient, and a pleasant place to stay

Pros: The hotel staff were super friendly and always helpful whenever we needed assistance or asked for information. The location was perfect and within walking distance to many main attractions, which made everything really convenient.

Pros: Good location next to tram station, close to Aghia Sophia and Top Kapi, great and helping stuff.

Cons: The room cleanliness was satisfactory, and the towels were refreshed daily, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall cleaning could have been a bit more thorough.

Pros: Location - very near to grand bazaar and beyazit station. I was given a free upgrade to a suite room which was great. The room is big but the only thing is the suite was located at the top floor with no elevator access. So you need to take elevator to 4th floor and climb for another level up via stairs. If you do not have huge luggage, it's fine. Otherwise, it will be a problem.

Cons: No help from the staff for luggage-in and check-out. Especially if you have huge luggage. No daily replenish of mineral water.
