A wonderful stay in a perfect location with amazing staff — we felt at home and will definitely keep coming back! ❤️

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly sweet, kind, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Figen and Semra — they were so lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is right in the city centre, making it very easy to commute, with tram access close by, great restaurants around, and shopping areas nearby. The location is unbeatable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel completely at home. Good variety of breakfast too.. 10/10

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like — everything met our expectations and more.

Pros: Excellent service throughout our stay. Friendly. Staff and always at hand to help with any issues

Cons: Noise from the restaurants just opposite the hotel at night which kept up awake until quite late on occasions

Would go to this hotel again, definitely.

Pros: Very good and quick respond from reception at making reservation. They are also very helpful during staying. But absolutelly BEST is location. Near Grand Bazar, enough small stores and cheap places to eat nearby. Great value for the price.

Cons: Breakfast could be better, but it's not too bad.

Pros: L’emplacement super on peut pas rêver mieu !! A 2min du tram et du grand bazar A10min à pied des grande mosque et du ferry pour allez coter Asie que de beau paysage Personne accueillante Sinon tout et parfait 7jour au top

Pros: Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit. La proximité avec les quartiers touristiques était idéale. Le personnel accueillant et attentif

Cons: Bad sehr klein für 3 Personen. Tresor hatte seine Mucken.

Pros: Die extrem zentrale Lage und das Personal hat uns besonders gut gefallen.

Cons: Parkmöglichkeit gibt es nur in privat geführten Parkhöfen in der Umgebung für 10€ pro Tag. Auch das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein.
