Will definately recommend and stay again

Pros: This was one of many trips to Istanbul staying at various hotels in and around sultanahemet area and I’ve got to say this one right at top of my list and well impressed Staff: excellent service especially from the lady serving breakfast and young gentleman with her In morning. Always smiling and happy to help Location: very short distance to tram station and from there easy to get to main attractions like the blue mosque. Value for money: definately worth the price I paid Room: clean room and very quiet at night compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Istanbul. Everyday was given option to clean my room. Staff made sure they ask every day as they happy to clean it everyday but my choice if did not want a clean room

Pros: Everything was perfect, the rooms are just like in the photo. Breakfast is excellent and caters to every taste. There's a daily cleaning service. The staff is very friendly. In short, everything was great. Thank you, Bestur Hotel. We hope to see you again.

Great value for money!

Pros: Very friendly kind staff. They are always keen to help. Breakfast is really good and fresh. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. I would love to stay again in this hotel when I visit Istanbul next time.

Pros: Benjamin the owner of this hotel is really kind and hospital. He responded to all inquiries fast and efficiently. The hotel is near to all old city sightings (walking distance) and you can also easy access Taksim square by metro.

A**** Hospitality, Perfect Location, Very Friendly Staff

Pros: Hotel Bestur staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyong in every way they could. Khalil and Hussein were always smiling and used to help with heating up milk for my son. Also location is 10/10. Walking distance to Grand Bazaar and the mosques. Soo many shops very close by. Perfect Location. Thank you soo much.

Great location, great breakfast, helpful friendly staff

Pros: Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Even went above and beyond to come and meet us on foot when our taxi driver couldn't find the property. Room was nice, clean and quiet during our stay and air con worked well, as well as good WiFi in our room on the 5th floor. Breakfast was excellent with a big choice and served until 10:30 for those of us who like a lazy morning. Location is great for lots of shops and not too far to walk to many tourist spots in the area. Very close to public transport options, although we chose to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay again

Cons: No kettle or tea/coffee making facility in the room. No options for blankets on the bed, even just a little thin one would've been nice.
