Great, convenient, clean and comfortable stay.

Pros: It was in a walkable area from all historic sites and the staff were lovely. Our room was cleaned regularly, mainly because we had wine glasses to clean. Our room was big enough for the three of us without feeling cramped.

Cons: Although nobody smoked inside the hotel each time the automatic doors opened you could smell cigarette smoke from the street but otherwise a really great stay.

Nice location

Pros: Location is perfect!Verry close to Grand Bazar.The rooms are clean,the beds confy,the pillow also.You get also bathrobs and slippers.They clean every day the rooms.

Cons: The coffee!They have Turkish coffee and it is not strong and the coffee machine is with instant cofee not roasted coffee.But near you can find a Starbucks 😁.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and well maintained. The service was great and the staff were welcoming. I want to especially thank Selima for making sure we were always comfortable and staying in a clean room, greeting us with kindness and warm smiles . It was truly appreciated. Mr Shugaib .

Pros: I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It is located in a perfect area, close to all the main attractions. Shops, pharmacies, and the метро station are also nearby, which made everything very convenient. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Pros: Staff was accessible and were cooperative and tried to resolve any issue we discussed like we had to leave early for airport at 5 am so they gave us sandwiches for the commute as we couldn't wait till breakfast time.

Cons: Location is good 3 to 5 mins from tram station but overall all overpriced food and accessories around as it is touristic locations
