Pros: The first excellent service was the guest service. The hotel management team had been in touch from the time I booked the room till the check out with immediate response to my queries. It was a different experience compared to my other bookings via booking.com where this agency wouldn’t take any responsibility to the booking and I was concerned about the booking if it has gone through at all. The second best thing was the location of the hotel. Although the taxi took us to the hotel from a busy area occupied by fashion industry shops, we found out later that the hotel is very close to the best attraction areas of Istanbul with a 5 minutes walking distance to the main road.

Cons: Rooms are small and could be cleaner or more modern for a four star hotel.

Good value for money, quality of service and location

Pros: Excellent location of the hotel. There is a metro and a tram stop nearby, as well as the Grand Bazaar, but the streets are calm and clean. The waterfront is a 10-minute walk away My friends and I stayed for 4 nights in a suite, room 312. The room had two bedrooms and one bathroom. It was clean and spacious, but to use the toilet, we always had to go through the first room. Breakfast is served in a restaurant with a panoramic sea view. The food was very tasty and, for us, quite varied. In the evening, we dined there—the food was delicious, and the staff was amazing! The hotel staff are true professionals—very responsive and quick to solve any issues. There is a small museum in the hotel, free for guests, which we really enjoyed. During our stay, the spa center was not operational, so we couldn’t try it. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and are grateful to the staff—thank you all!

Cons: This is not a 4-star hotel—each guest only gets two towels, there are no bathrobes, no dental kits, only shampoo and shower gel, which are not replenished. Complimentary water and tea are provided only on the first day. However, this was not a problem for us. The rooms were clean and warm, with daily housekeeping

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Istanbul at Antik Hotel. Everything was perfect – the rooms were spacious and spotless, the cleaning staff did an excellent job, location of the hotel was perfect and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The view from the 5th floor was absolutely stunning, making it a lovely place to relax. However, the restaurant on the 5th floor was a bit disappointing as it didn’t have many dishes to choose from, and the staff there weren’t as friendly or welcoming as the rest of the team. Despite that, it was an overall fantastic experience.
