Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a great location.

Pros: My wife and I stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. We were warmly welcomed by a friendly receptionist, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and the tea and coffee they serve are excellent. The spa is also very beautiful and provided a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Beyazit Square and the Grand Bazaar. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and eager to help. Check-out was just as quick and easy, taking no more than one minutes.

Pros: Excellent customer service , 24/7 tea and coffee, great location , spa faculties and breakfast was great. Room was very comfortable , clean and pleasant.

Pros: Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Special thanks for the complimentary room upgrade — it was a wonderful surprise. Also, many thanks for the excellent transfer to the airport: everything was well organized, on time, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!

Great.

Pros: The room was small, but okay and clean. The breakfast was very varied and is served on the top floor, offering a wonderful view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, close to the Grand Bazaar.

Cons: Because the hotel is located in the tourist center, the parking area is about 200 meters away. However, don’t worry the hotel staff will help you take the car there.

Great place to stay

Pros: The hotel staff were amazing and the location was great. Arrived with a morning flight and we were allowed to check in before 9am and we were also given breakfast that morning.
