Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦

Pros: I like the location of the object and the comfort of rooms. Stuff was also friendly.

Cons: There was no refill of food during the breakfast so if you arrive between 9-10 there won’t be much of choice.

Pros: Modern design, interiors are aesthetically decorated, short walk from Beyazit Station. The staff are friendly. The free plastic cover for my passport was exceptionally generous. The breakfast was good.

Cons: Size was a bit small, there was no kettle in the room but the cafeteria had hot tea and water available.

It was our first time in Istanbul, but certainly not our last. We would love to return to the Elibol Hotel again.

Pros: The location is great, easy to access with public transport. The main attractions are really close to the hotel - The Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet Mosque, Gülhane Park - in max. 20 mins accessible by foot. The bed was really comfy, the staff was helpful and kind.

Cons: Although the room was fine and the bedsheets were clear, it was impossible not to see the lack of vacuum cleaning. :(

Excellent, recommended to both friends and family.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and suited to everyone, every day. The staff was super helpful with recommendations, and check-in. The rooms were clean and exceeded our expectations.

Cons: In one of the rooms we booked, the flush/sink in the bathroom was leaking.

Great location with lovely staff!

Pros: The hotel staff were so nice and helpful. They helped us throughout our trip by calling us cabs or calling people on our behalf for activities. Beds were comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast could have been more varied. The window blinds did not close fully or were not wide enough.
