Pros: Seyid and sahmar were both great hosts, super friendly and very helpful without being over bearing. Location was great, close to all the sights, trams and metro. Will be heading back to do some shopping later in the year. Thanks guys! And look forward to seing you again. Ps, the coffee is rocket fuel!!

Great place and staff, shoutout to Aslan and Seid

Pros: The staff was fantastic and helpful, the room was good for the price, the first night we didn't get room service, however the next days we have them without asking, they leave it perfect for us before we arrived tired at night. There are a lot of places around and the location is fantastic very well located to move around, a tip is to buy the Istambul card for public transport and you will be as happy as we were.

Cons: Small wardrobe, they need to put another bin in the room not just the toilet one, as you are tempted to buy stuff that is good for cleaning the mess

Cons: No tea making facilities in the room. Room small and hotel guests a bit noisy

Pros: Room cleaning service Friendly staff - especially Aslan and Sait Working AC (although a bit loud so you can't really have it on while sleeping) Location close to public transport and city center Affordable price Room service

Cons: The shower temperature in our room only went from cold to hot (but we didn't complain about it to the hotel staff) Bring ear plugs, there might be some noise from the street (ACs or people) or annoying Russian guests who don't know how to behave after midnight

Pros: Great value for money. The hotel is walking distance from the airport bus stop and all the main tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
