Pros: The day time receptionist was very helpful. I don't remember his name but he worked throughout the day. He helped me with early checkin and when I was leaving he arranged my transfer. He was friendly and an asset to the hotel.

Cons: My balcony door wouldn't lock.

Amazing stay would definitely recommend with no hesitation.

Pros: I just got back from this amazing Hotel yesterday. I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family. The location was spot on it was local to all attractions, walking distance. The breakfast was really good. All the workers were very friendly and welcoming. I have been to Istanbul 4 times and I must say this was the best hotel I stayed in, i would definitely come back! I would also recommend it to family and friends. This is a 4 star hotel but deserves to be 5.
