Pros: The location is really good. Close to Agia Sophia & Kapali Carsi. The staff is friendly and they help you! The room was basic. Tv didn’t work and very bad noise proofing. No fridge.The beds were comfortable. We were listening everything. We didn’t like that we couldn’t buy water or breakfast in the hotel.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were always attentive, professional and kind. I highly recommend it. Excellent location. If we were to return to Istanbul we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you

Lovely rooms, close to the mail road AND GREAT PRICE! We will visit again!

Pros: It was very near the main rode, few minutes far. The price was very affordable. The rooms are not that big but i mean for that price you can’t be mad. We had a fridge, fresh towels, the room was cleaned regularly. The staff was very kind and nice. I really don’t know why they had so bad reviews. We are very satisfied.

Cons: Just a few cockroaches that we killed, but still not mad about it. The room was cleaned every day. Probably because the building is a bit old or maybe other guests brought them in the room.

Pros: A hotel right in the heart of Beywzit , close to the tram stations and all the sights. Eateries , shops and medical stores at a stones throw. All in all a good combination.

Cons: A teapot in the room , would have been appreciated

Pros: İ like the staff, despite lack of nature light an the view we are told we are going to look through room window, the crew was very hospitable.

Cons: The lack of nature light and the view to sea we were told on booking appointment

Pros: Nice personel, management. Deluxe room was ok. Nice coffee, good help and support. I like shower gel in a room.

Cons: Walls in the standard room. Pillows in my room were hard for my head 😅, not really soft.
