Pros: The apartment was fantastic! In a great location, very clean, warm (I stayed during the winter when it was cold and snowing), spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy, and the staff at the front counter were wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

Cons: The drainage in the sinks and bath were not great, but this wasn’t a big problem. The noise from the street can be heard inside which might be a problem if you are a very light sleeper.

It was absolutely amazing.

Pros: Plenty of space. Everything was top quality. Great communication. Close to every place I wanted to visit.

Pros: Modern apartment. It had filtered water for drinking.

Cons: Bed was not soft enough.

Amazing view! Amazing appartment!

Pros: The appartment looked exactly as advertised on booking. The balcony view is amazing. The tall ceiling windows are nice and the rooms are bright and spacious. Customer support was very friendly and helpful. The sofa bed in the living room can be made into a bed, bed sheets and duves are provided (upon request). The buildings sits on a fairly steep hill, so going uphill will be difficult for elderly. One option is to use public transport to arrive on Taksim square and then go downhill (takes a bit of time). Another option is to user Uber taxi app, worked well for me, with no scams.

Cons: The shower faucet holder is loose and unable to hold the faucet at a fixed angle when shower is working. Bidet water handles are loose and detach and fall off when used, creating a small bidet emergency.

Very quiet and comfortable apartment.

Pros: Very clean and quiet. In a good location for exploring the city. 24 hour security on site. Staff friendly and helpful. Local shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: Needed more pillows and mirrors in the bedrooms. The area surrounding the apartment is quite hilly so a certain level of fitness and mobility is needed.

Pros: Stunning view, apartment size, balcony, newer building, location, huge TV, really comfortable beds and great pillows. Also the building has a security guard, and a daily services to collect garbage in front of apartment which is really great. Nearby restaurants and shops are very convenient.

Cons: Really noisy boiler, old air conditioner, lighting aroun table, poorly maintained parquet, lack of essential food supplies in the apartment (such as salt, flour, oil, vinager, which are usualy available in apartments).

Pros: Nice common lounge and work area downstairs and access to gym in other building. Close to main shopping areas and restaraunts. Well equipped and comfortable unit. Large sleeper couch in lounge. The security guy was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The blinds don’t block out the light, needs curtains.

A great place to stay. We were one of a group of families and loved our stay.

Pros: Location was great. Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable.

A great place to stay in Istanbul

Pros: Great place. Fully equipped apartment in a modern house. Comfortable for 5 people. All the facilities and utilities one can need. Even though security guards do not speak English, they help you as best as they can (advice, taxi, etc). The apartment is a bit uphill, but if one paces himself, it's manageable.

Pros: Clean. Spacious. Well equipped. Well located. Easy check-in. Modern building with elevator.
