Immaculate

Pros: Everything in this hotel is immaculate; the staff, the location, the view, the food, the facilities and the rooms. It's perfect and definitely worth a revisit. All the staff, especially Samet and Baybars, were extremely friendly and helpful, and helped make this stay even more remarkable.

Pros: كل شيء كان perfect بكل معنى الكلمة النظافة خدمة العملاء الجودة الراحة الهدوء… كل شيء حرفيًا كل شيء كان جدًا جدًا حلو. تجربة راقية وأكيد أكررها مرة ثانية مناسب جدا للعرسان

New hotel in Uludag

Pros: it is a new hotel, some facilities beside the main building still under preparation. They have upgraded one of our rooms based on our request for connecting door. Many thanks for the support from front desk's team (Jamet, Zehra and Gamze). Booked half board, initially was surprised with limited options for breakfast, but actually they can provide many dishes, just need to ask them. For dinner we just tried whatever offered to us in the menu. gym is small but pool is spacious.

Cons: no clear information on available facilities in the hotel, again you have to ask the staff. I have asked for shuttle service but they took long time to prepare so i have decided just to walk (not sure if the shuttle is actually available or not, they never offer me again after that)
