Pros: nice property. endless coffee, turkish tea and juice we can order in the hall

Fantastic service, delicious f&b, excellent stay

Pros: Great food and drink, super friendly staff who went out of their way to help us, extremely clean, and enjoyable environment overall. Highly recommend choosing Kaya if you want to ski in Uludağ area 2.

Pros: Excellent location Excellent service Super Comfortable, rooms well lit. Ample Closet space. Amazing and very helpful staff, attentive to every detail, always willing to help and go the extra mile. Amazing holiday destination

Cons: The carpets in hallway were dated and the decor in general dining room a little old fashioned, but this is a small detail in comparison to the amazing hospitality and level of excellence in service.
