Don't judge the book by its cover.

Pros: Mr Mustafa is so nice, attentive, friendly and helping. The boss should give him a raise. Location wise is OK.

Pros: Very spacious suite, two rooms, nice beds, quiet location, close to Ankara highway, nice restaurant across the small park. Notable design in hotel. Parking space is available, in front of hotel entrance. Traditional turkish breakfast.

Cons: A/C is blowing just over the beds, need to adjust flow not to get cold. Nothing else was wrong.

There is no car parking space

Pros: There is no car parking space. 20 rooms in hotel and only 4 car space..!!! Breakfast is a disaster, you have to go next door cofeeshop. Staff are very friendly. But this is the first and last time staying at the hotel.

very comfortable hotel with helpful staff and all for an excellent price

Pros: this stay was very comfortable. the room was larger than expected and well equipped with so many amenities the staff were friendly, the breakfast at the restaurant next door was adequate and the surrounding area had shops and mosques and places to eat nearby. the bed was super comfy!

Cons: me, personally, did not realise how big bursa is as a city and that this hotel was a bit of a metro ride to the centre - but i liked the backdrop of the location - the mountains although seeing people go in and out of the nearby hospital all day was a bit depressing
