Pros: Everything was it nice breakfast nice even they make it special Turkish coffee free of charge on ladies was iShe was very nice full of respect for her. Stuff very friendly.

Pros: Exceptionally clean with very comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast was very limited. Would have been nice to have a few pastry options and some juice.

Pros: All the Staff was very helpful. Especially edip and umar. Hotel was clean.

Cons: Breakfast need more continental item. My kids was anoy with the Breakfast. Pls put some continental cheese n more item to the buffet

Rooms are good but quite noisy due to traffic

Pros: Good facilities and private parking available. Near the highway so if you want to get out of the city - it is easy.

Cons: Very noisy as right next to the highway. Can hear the traffic loudly at night.

Pros: I had a beautiful stay and I’ll return every time to this hotel. The staff was really humble and greet you with a beautiful smile. I don’t know the name of the kid who checked us in he has been very very considerate and best part is he could communicate in English really well. The breakfast was very decent. With a lot of variety of fresh bread and cheese. The ladies turkan and aysegul were very hospitable and were serving tea and coffee with smile. Overall, I loved everything about this hotel and hence its reflected in my 5 star rating. Welldone!

Pros: Close to the attractions. Most of all breakfast was awesome. Very impressive. Tried tea, and lots of nutritious options. One night stop by before heading to east, was great choice to see Brusa as well.

Cons: A bit hot at night, and noisy. But no issues while sleep.

Pros: Very nice and clean place just 400 meters away from city center, easy access from the main bus station if you are travelling by bus. Staff was very cooperative, specially front desk staff, they made check in very smooth for us. House keeping staff was very good they cleaned our room each day very good

Cons: My room was towards road side so quite much traffic noise during night time.

Pros: I sat with them 10 days of the most beautiful hotels I have landed in all my many travels. All the staff are great, special and welcoming all the time reception, restaurant and even security as well There is a young man in the restaurant who is very distinguished in his work and assists you in everything and provides service with a smile always and in a very nice way, There is also a reception girl who is not separated by laughter and smile and always helps you with very great respect.. Green Parsa I wish you well and continue to provide outstanding service always and I hope to return to Bursa soon🌟💪🏻

Pros: Great value for money, good size room, comfortable bed and generous breakfast.

Cons: Wifi is little flaky at times.
