A beautiful stay…

Pros: This property is very modern and based in the city. Walking distance to all the shopping malls and restaurants and to the metro. The staff is super nice friendly and are willing to help with your travel arrangements. Burak is a very nice gentleman who is at the reception helped me with everything including travel and directions. The rooms are very spacious very modern and very clean. My room had the view from the window which was beautiful during the night. The breakfast was amazing and you have a lot of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who’s travelling to bursa.

December visit

Pros: The hotel was clean and very well located, close to the trams and centre of Bursa. We visited in December and the hotel was nice and warm. The breakfast was good and staff were very nice.

Cons: There was only 1 pillow on each bed and it was slightly too firm. The bathroom had a couple of loose fittings and no shelf in the shower on which to put toiletries. But these are minor quibbles!

Middle luxury stay

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Centrally located and parking provided. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was simple but nice. Staff were always at hand to help out. I highly recommended it.

Good value for money in a great location

Pros: Excellent location near the tram terminal for access to the otogar and local buses. Staff always helpful and friendly. Room quite large and very clean. Healthy breakfast.

Cons: Early November, the room was still warm at night and the room only has heating, no cooling.

Pros: Everything! Excellent location, fantastic hotel with kind staff. It is at least a real 4 star hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I come to Bursa. Although it is in the city center, it is very quiet. Great breakfast too. I score 10/10 without any hesitation.

Pros: Great hotel in a good location. Modern and clean facilities. Close to public transport. Major tourist attractions are within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. Friendly and professional staff always willing to help. Thank you!

Very good

Pros: The hotel is clean and the staff are very welcoming. The location isn’t the best, but the rooms are comfortable. One downside is that the TV doesn’t allow you to log into your personal YouTube account, which can be a bit inconvenient if you like watching programs in your native language.
