Pros: Returning guess here. My favorite hotel in Bursa. Perfect location, near to tram, octobus and bus. Nice breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

Nice Hotel, Good Location

Pros: Very good and friendly staff, nice room, good location near Osmangazi station and Kent Maydani, and plenty of Taxis around, metro, tram and buses. I have stayed here probably for 5 times or more by now.

Cons: Internet speed, bathtub available but drainage stopper not available, price was on the high end this time.

Average hotel with above average staff

Pros: Friendly staff, free car parking and spacious rooms. Breakfast had a lot to offer.

Cons: The air conditioning in the whole building was set to heating. We couldn’t cool the room down without leaving the window open. It got stuffy and it was noisy with the window open. The quilt on the bed wasn’t big enough to cover two beds and the hallways smell of smoking.

Pros: Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff This was my 3rd or 4th visit to the Tocgu Hotel in Bursa, Turkey, and once again it was an absolutely pleasant experience. I stayed for 4 nights with my family, including a child. The hotel is comfortable, clean, family-friendly, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. I would like to sincerely thank Husen, Hasan, Noor, Nessren, Ali Golaly, مصطفى (Mostafa), and Mustafa for their warm welcome, kindness, and constant support throughout our visit.

Pros: The hotel has a great location, close to Kent Meydanı and its very nice mall, as well as the Osmangazi metro station, with easy access to trams and buses. The Grand Mosque and the old bazaar are about a 15-minute walk uphill, or you can use the tram or bus to reach them. You can also take a bus to the Teleferik station and other areas. The central intercity bus station is less than 5 minutes away by taxi. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Cons: The internet through wifi was extremely slow, I had to use phone data aa hotspot. This issue also existed when I visited with family in a previous year.
