Pros: Excellent central location near Kent Meydanı and very attentive staff who care about guest preferences. The rooms are modern and the beds are quite comfortable.

Cons: The 25€ extra charge for breakfast is excessive. It’s not much better than what other hotels nearby offer for free. For the price of just the breakfast here, you could practically stay a night in a decent hotel elsewhere in the vicinity.

Pros: Everything was good starting from the room which had everything I needed but with one exception that the AC wasn't working. The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful, the food was really good. Forgot to mention the excellent location which was a big plus

Cons: Just the fact that I couldn't make the AC work. The room was rather too warm for my liking

Pros: Our experience at Holiday Inn Bursa was wonderful from start to finish. Absolutely loved our stay at Holiday Inn Bursa! Everything was perfect—the room, the service, and the hospitality. The staff went above and beyond, especially Mr. Khaled, who was incredibly helpful and made sure all our needs were taken care of. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pros: Everything. Second time here, the staff, the room, the rooftop, the food quality, the price, the location - absolute perfection. Not kidding when I say this should defo be a 5 star hotel. Been to hotels all around the world, but the service in this hotel is unmatched. Would come back to Bursa just to stay there, no kidding it's that good! Friendliest people and a clean aesthetic hotel with a great rooftop patio. Thank you to everyone who works there!

If you’re looking for a travel bargain start here!

Pros: I normally try to avoid chain hotels but this one was a real surprise: bigger, cleaner, and cheaper than our boutique hotels. And the breakfast was also great!

Cons: Parking was a bit of a challenge but they brought the car around for us! Bonus points!!
