Good Location and Staff

Pros: Sahra and Abdulwahab were kind and welcoming, assisting with several requests. Location is walking distance to main tourist attractions and surrounded by places to eat, with many convenience stores.

Cons: Breakfast - no fruit and options were very limited when we went at 9.45, seems to be a common issue from other reviews. The room would be spacious with 1 double bed, having two makes it very tight.

Cons: Water from the shower leaks, bathroom floor was always wet, ventilation could be better.

Pros: The hotel was more than what we expected. Sahra, Enes and abdul wahab were too forthcoming, you wouldn't give us a free room upgrade. Parking spot in front of the hotel made the stay very easy.

Pros: Suoerb accomodation along with hospitality... The front desk is super helpsful and handling all your needs and wants during your stay (Special salutes to Ms. Medina) The centralized location of the property is making your reach pretty facilitated to all of the tourist-attraction points (Grand Mosque 1 Km - Bursa Kent Meydan AVM 150 meters) The quality of the bed and the pillow set is just amazing that is serving you a really really really smooth sleep and chillaxing experience.

Cons: 1. The non sound-proof windows anre totally letting all the noise pollution in. 2. The breakfast section is pretty tight when it comes to facing a lot of guests at sigle take >> over-capacity problem.

Generally, the hotel has an excellent location and is in the city center.

Pros: The hotel location is convenient and close to all facilities. You can reach Kent Meydani Mall and the Ulu Mosque on foot. The staff is cooperative and kind.

Cons: The rooms are a bit cramped and very hot and the elevator is small.
