Pros: the food in general is delicious and varied the location is great

Cons: .Uncomfortable bed mattresses .There is bad smell in the bathrooms

Pros: The place is wonderful and peaceful. I would like to give special thanks to the employee Gulkan for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and great support throughout our stay. He speaks Arabic fluently and was always attentive to our comfort, explaining the hotel facilities clearly and professionally. If I return to this place in the future, it will definitely be because of Gulkan.

Amazing stay, highly recommend hotel!

Pros: Excellent location and really great food and friendly staff. Worth visiting with family and friends!

Cons: The facilities could have been a little better, for e.g. the steam room was out of order and the jacuzzi was quite expensive to use.

Excellent

Pros: The staff were all so helpful, the food was excellent with lots of choice, the rooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Skiing works differently from Europe with ski equipment hired by the day (1750 TRY for skis boots & poles - or 1500 if you don't need boots - 250 TRY discount for cash). Staff put the boots on for you and take them off - we thought this could be an issue thinking we might have to wait each day - but this was not the case as there was always someone on hand to help quickly. The pistes are not maintained like Europe but may suit borders more as snow is not compacted. The hotel is perfectly located for the slopes.

Cons: It was a shame that the turkish bath (steam room) wasn't working & that the jacuzzi was 6000 TRY per hour (c. £103) although a special offer of 5000 TRY was offered this seemed a bizarrely large amount (higher than my monthly membership to my sumptuous UK gym/spa Champneys). Slopes are very short and very few lifts were running. The pistes are not maintained like Europe no piste marking, T-bars only for the first couple of days - of course not the fault of the hotel !!!

Generally everything is good here and we love it.

Cons: At night it is quite hot as we cannot control the heater

Pros: Except for the night staff at the lobby, all the staff at the hotel were very attentive. Everyone was solution-oriented and kind. We were very pleased with everyone, from the hotel manager to the waiters. The food was delicious and sufficient. We loved everything we ate. The hotel's location and direct access to the ski room were excellent. Getting to and from the slopes was very comfortable. The room size was very adequate, and the rooms were very warm. A special thanks to Mr. Gülkan for his attentiveness. He was everywhere at all times. They are very lucky to have such a staff member. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is quite sufficient. We also want to thank the hotel for accommodating the needs of our family with a baby and our pregnant friend to ensure their comfort. Everyone in the ski room was very kind and attentive. Direct access from inside the hotel is possible.

Cons: However, the common areas of the hotel were very cold. In the evening, everyone had to sit with their coats on. While we understand that alcohol consumption is prohibited in the common areas due to the alcohol-free concept, the designated area for this was an enclosed space filled with cigarette smoke, making it unbearable to sit in. Additionally, the bathrooms in the rooms were quite disappointing, with an unpleasant smell coming from the sink drains.
