It was a pleasant & great stay. The hotel staff is friendly & accommodative.

Enjoyable but expensive.

Pros: - It was clean and new. The location was superb as the chair lift station was just behind. Perfect for amateu skiers also. - Good selection of breakfast. - Staff were welcoming.

Cons: - Charged for extra water. Usually hotels provide water bottles for free. Carry a lot of your own water because the charges for water are high and unreasonable. - They even wanted to charge for a 3 pin adapter. Other hotels gave us for free to use and return. - The main window was locked all the time and opened up very little, which made us feel a little claustrophobic. But the manager opened it up for once we requested.

Cons: The room is over heated, we opened the window to withdraw the temperature 🌡 🤣

Pros: All was good in general, the breakfast was excellent The staff was friendly..and I especially thank Abdulrahman at the reception; he does not hesitate to provide any assistance you need

Cons: The room temperature was high even though the room heater was turned off.

Pros: Some items on the menu were not available, must that must’ve been because of the off season during which we travelled. The staff is very helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and as described on the website. We liked our stay at the hotel.

We had a great time.

Pros: Nice warm room with a beautiful view to the mountains. Kind and helpful staff, very good quality food.

Cons: A bit difficult travel, as season just starts in December. We needed to use taxi service to get in to the national park.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ayhan who was very kind and warm hearted. Great to escape the busyness of Istanbul and a perfect location for our hike to the summit of Uludağ (22km round trip on good paths). Breakfast was great! The cable car journey up was very impressive.

Cons: Not really a problem but the spa wasn't open as we went well out of season. Food was pricey but normal for a ski resort.

Lovely stay in the mountains

Pros: Beautiful location, close to the mountains. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, always willing to offer their services. Lovely food. Nice and clean rooms.

Cons: The rooms slightly small. Hotel spa not open.

Pros: Very good place to relax, there is all you need, the food was great and different, staff was very attentive and ready for help, ski roads are near the hotel

Cons: Some problem with shower, the drain was slow and the water didn't leave well
