Everything was perfect except the food prices, would come back, beautiful hotel surroundings

Pros: Everything was fantastic, the balcony view, the spa was great, the snowy forest, the trekking paths, a true peaceful nature escape. It is quiet and the staff were lovely. Free shuttle to and from the ski resort made my mind at ease and we could go skiing without a problem.

Cons: One big minus - the food prices. The buffet prices are higher than anywhere in Europe! Approx 32 euros per person for breakfast buffet???! And so much higher for dinner. The room service food was ok price, BUT it was very average taste for dinner menu, not at all 5 star. therefore this is the only category where it's lacking.

The most amazing hotel! A real five-star experience.

Pros: The staff were all incredibly friendly. Fantastic location fro skiing at Mt Uludag. Food and service was amazing, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Spa was free and incredible. Would highly recommend, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Convenience and Close to Snow Activity

Pros: Easy check in and check out. The concierge staff, Mr. Arda is helpful during our visit. We enjoy the facility such as free sauna/pool. The hospitality of the spa, sauna and gym staff is on the top notch. Located just 11 minutes from the last stop of teleferik. We enjoy the snow rain on the last day of our visit. The room is spacious and clean.

Cons: Our building is separated from the main building.

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It began with the warm hospitality of the receptionists, followed by a spotless room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. We even had the spa entirely to ourselves, as we visited at the beginning of the season. The breakfast was top-notch, and the whole stay truly felt like a 5-star experience. If you’re staying in Bursa, don’t hesitate—take the 20-minute ride out to the Swissôtel. It’s absolutely worth it.

Mini Mini Switzerland 🇨🇭

Pros: We were highly impressed with the hotel's adherence to high quality standards. The team consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality; issues were troubleshooted immediately by the very friendly staff. Special recognition goes to Operations Director Mehmet, Front Desk Manager Arif, and Nur. Additionally, Nursen from the VIP Spa & treatment team went above and beyond—staying late and providing exceptional service to guarantee the enjoyment of our honeymoon. We look forward to returning for another stay.

Cons: Breakfast Experience: The breakfast area is small, cramped, and poorly designed across two floors. For 1,800 TL per person, the buffet variety is disappointing and far below 5-star expectations. The dull, grey-painted décor creates an unappealing atmosphere. Seating issues forced us to use a small upstairs table, making repeated trips for food and hot beverages difficult and inefficient, resulting in cold items. ​Room Service Pricing: Due to the hotel's remote mountain location (30 minutes from Bursa), we had no alternative but to use room service. While Chef Serhat was exceptional in accommodating our request for specific dishes, the general prices are exceptionally high and drastically overpriced. We were shocked that the bill included a 2,050 TL charge for three fried eggs, although we appreciate that the Operations Director kindly waived this exorbitant fee.

Perfect autumn retreat!

Pros: Lovely surroundings, especially now during autumn. The gym is decently well equipped for a hotel gym, all equipment well maintained and working. Lovely outdoor pool and Hamam area.

Pros: Professional staff, peaceful and beautiful location, nice and very clean room with excellent noise isolation , very comfy bed, breakfast . I loved it.

Cons: the breakfast area is too small for such a big hotel which makes it very crowded and noisy, literally there where people looking for places to sit, other than that it's good even the verity of the food is very good.

Great Experience Yet Again

Pros: The fact that this was our second visit in consecutive years can tell that this property is fabulous. Beautiful rooms, very spacious with a lovely balcony Very well decorated rooms Very clean rooms. Liked the different kinds of complimentary tea bags provided in the rooms. The staff is exceptional all around The lobby is one of the best we have experienced. The provision of various games at the lobby is very thoughtful indeed. The locatiin is amazing right in the middle of the woods, very well secluded and very quiet and serene. Very big compound of the resort to walk, run and play. Absolutely safe for all ages. The outdoor seating and tables placed on the lawns are lovely along with the small coffee shop. The 2 dogs at the property are very cute and are a big attraction. The addition of outdoor cinema with F&B this time was a great idea. Also the Chalet reataurant was operating this time

Cons: The lack of airconditioning or a good ventilation make the rooms very stuffy, especially when sleeping, even when keeping the doors to the balcony open. This causes a lot of discomfort in an otherwise extremely comfortable rooms. Also there should be a provision of complimentary coffee machines in the rooms We also felt that there should be more activities on the campus for all ages.This will increase the length of stays at the resort. The dinner buffet was a great disappointment. The food was not upto the mark of a five star resort. Although the food ordered off the menu was far better.

Pros: - Location - cleanliness - quietness - Views - open seating spaces - food - the suite we had is very nice with exceptional view.

Cons: - Hotel had no transportation service for example a shuttle bus so in such hotel location the private transporters asks for very high prices . - the square restaurant is very small making it hard to move within tables . - the restaurants are very expensive if your booking is BB only , we had to go out and eat in a nice restaurant outside the the Hotel premises.

An excellent hotel for a getaway!

Pros: This hotel was amazing, it had some of the best spa facilities I have seen. The staff were very attentive and the hotel room was great. The hotel had good options for parking as well as a great campus to walk around at night.

Cons: The food options for vegan/vegetarians were limited, although the hotel did try their level best to try and accommodate for our requirements.
