Great hotel

Pros: I stay in Bof hotel It was amazing Very nice resort . Clean , luxury Staff very helpful especially Mr Yaslam I enjoy my stay very much I recommend this hotel strongly Iam planning to come next year with big group including my close friends to Bof hotel

Pros: Location is really good. Staff attitude is really good. Food buffet was really good. Overall hotel size and facilities is really good. Ski to hotel is accurate, and ski equipment for hire is of high quality...very impressive.

Cons: The issue i mentioned below is only because tbe hotel is lablled '5-star' and 'all inclusive', which is in my opinion inaccurate and/or misleading as detailed below. Limited pool time for couples to enjoy together (after 16h00), which was frustrating. Too few English speaking staff (even at basic level). Outrageous prices at Skyroom restaurant when the hotel stay is meant to be 'all inclusive'. Outrageous prices to enjoy games room, which again, defeats the point of 'all inclusive'. If we need to pay for something within the hotel, then prices should be reasonable as we technically did pay for an 'all inclusive' experience. 'Cappuccino' option at buffets is clearly not espresso based, but rather a watery powder based machine coffee - this is absolutely terrible and the hotel should actually be embarrassed about this...all-inclusive, 5-star should at the very least include proper espresso based cappuccino and related hot drinks.

Pros: Outstanding hotel with very friendly and supportive staff, we highly appreciate all staff of the hotel for their warm welcome and support, and special thanks go to Nilufer, Filiz and Mehtap for their outstanding care, and thanks to Meneksha for her support. Excellent buffets and all inclusive deal Location is few meters aware from the teleferik station at Uludag.

Cons: Vaping was allowed indoor where families with small kids were gathering, I asked a supervisory staff to intervene but he said electronic cigarettes are allowed indoor, which was very disappointing as it is being banned in many countries and is not safe to the person and people sitting around him. Price was high due to the season.

Pros: The hotel was so amazing,very kid friendly and the staff are so helpful and friendly,especially Ipek Can (The guest relations manager) told us exactly where to go. She was so amazing helpful ❤️

Pros: Hotel room is very comfortable , food is really delicious , staff is really kind and helpful, i like the activities especially babecue and hiking and special thanks to guest telations manager ms ipek she was always helpful and helpful and other guys from the animation team ; murat muhammed , ismail and ahmed they were doing their job good
