Pros: Food was good . Ski in and out very convenient . Helpful staff.

Cons: I booked a standard room and I did not get minimum for it . They did not offer rope , I asked for it and they did not give it to me for standard room reason. Room had very limited view . The whole room with a small window. Dark room . Not giving enough info about hotel and facilities unless you go and figure it out. All inclusive should come with schedule , time and programs.

Pros: This is our second visit, was good when we came and now its even better. Volkan is the star of the stay by all means. I cant explain how professional he is and his attitude is on a different level. I was lucky he was on duty during all my stay.

Als je rust wilt hebben dan raad ik dit hotel zeker aan..

Pros: Wij vonden het locatie en het uitzicht prachtig. Iedereen was heel vriendelijk en zeer goed geholpen bij de aankomst en zelfde geldt met vertrek ook. Ik denk dat dit het beste hotel is om van je vakantie te genieten.

Cons: Eigenlijk niks. Bij deze hotel kan er niks tegenvallen.

Pros: Zineb at the reception desk was more than amazing, along with the staff at the ski center… they all went above and beyond. Aside to that, the hotel was exceptional, loved the ski in, ski out experience, super cosy ecstatics, room view, food, all of it basically.

Cons: The rooms at night were super hot, but that was manageable.
