Pros: The room was nice, spacious and clean and had good amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons: The aircon control system was a little confusing, but the staff dis help me out later.

Cons: A bit further out from area I needed to be but still walking distance to tram, restaurants nearby and supermarkets

Pros: It's easy accessibility to where i got to go. The location is perfect, not rowdy, and quiet environment. The room has all I needed, but I would have liked them to leave some tea and coffee in the room since there's a kettle. A little charge for the tea and coffee should be incorporated in the fee. Overall, I love the place. Also, thank you for letting me check in earlier than scheduled.

Cons: No complimentary tea and coffee in the room, but I still can't fault them for the fee i paid.

Pros: The rooms are cleaned daily. The location is excellent, close to the tram station (Laleli) and the metro station (Vezneciler).

Cons: The rooms are small, and renovation or at least repainting the walls is definitely needed. The double bed is too narrow and too short, with feet hanging off the edge. There is a window, but it faces the window of another building just a meter away. It's not worth the money.

Pros: The first room we were given on arrival did not seem ready or properly cleaned. The window was left open on December 30th, likely to air out cigarette smoke from the previous guest, so we asked for another room. The staff immediately provided us with another room on a different floor, which was larger and in much better condition. The room was spacious and comfortable and hot in the winter. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, with the Aksaray tram station just a five-minute walk away.

Cons: The cleanliness and overall condition of the first room we were given.
