Good value for money
Pros: The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with all our requests. Breakfast was nice overall. The location is great and close to all the major tourist attractions. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.
Cons: Breakfast was nice overall, but on two of the three mornings there was no omelette available — only boiled eggs. I consider an omelette a breakfast staple, so this was slightly disappointing. The rooms could have been cleaner — the doors and window frames were smudged. There were no hooks in the bathroom, so there was nowhere to hang towels. The bed was also a bit squeaky.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts are delicious. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making you feel at home from the very first day. Everything was perfectly organized and well thought out. Highly recommended — 10/10. Special thanks to Mr. Etem for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. Thanks to him, our stay was truly comfortable and enjoyable. Everything was absolutely perfect — 10/10 ⭐️

Price-quality ratio is very good
Pros: Clean, comfortable, and inexpensive. Spacious shower, good bed, quiet air conditioning. The breakfast is commensurate with the budget price of the room. A plus is the neatness of the kitchen staff. I especially want to note the hospitality of the reception staff. I contacted them several times with various requests and was very pleased with the support I received. Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Alirıza Öztürk. His tact and respect for guests deserve the highest praise. Thank you for your hospitality.
Cons: The sound insulation level is standard for a budget room. There are no comments or suggestions for corrections

In summary, this hotel offered a wonderful stay with great service, comfort, and a perfect location.
Pros: The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Etem. The breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of options. The room was clean, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within a 20-minute walking distance of all major attractions. There are also many clothing stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again

Pros: I would like to thank the entire staff of Sogut Hotel, especially Mr. Sadat and Murad, Ella at the reception, for their kindness and professionalism. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast offered a nice variety of choices. The hotel’s best features are its excellent location and the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Perfect. I would definitely recommend. Everything was great.
Pros: Everything was excellent from the friendly staff including Mr Etem, the young man called Murad, the other receptionists and helpers who's names I am unable to recall, to the rooms, the facilties, the service and help they provided as well as the breakfast. They even went out of their way to arrange someone with tools to help open our suitcases as we had lost the keys to one padlock. Friendly family environment with great breakfast facilities. They even provided 2 cots for the toddler and baby.
Cons: Nothing I am able to think of.

Pros: This is my fourth time in Istanbul, and honestly, this hotel has restored my trust in staying at hotels here. The hotel itself is excellent — modern, spotlessly clean (which was most important to me), and perfectly located, just a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions. But what truly makes this place special are the guys at the reception — Muharem, Ali Riza, Sedat, and Salim Kan! In both shifts, without exception, they were incredibly kind, professional, and warm. Always smiling, ready to help, answer any question, and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Their attitude and energy make you feel right at home — they are simply the heart of this hotel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything! Because of you, I will definitely come back here again! ❤️
