Very nice

Pros: Highly recommended! Perfect location - almost everything is in a walking distance. There is a tram stop nearby and a metro station not far away. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Cons: The second night there was not hot water so I couldn't shower. I hope it was just a temporary problem.

Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always available. The location is excellent, close to everything but still quiet enough to rest well. Everything was well-organized and felt premium for the price.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and well managed throughout the stay.

A place is clean, whatever you ask - they actually do

Pros: We stayed here for a week. The location of the hotel is perfect - 5 mins to the tram station, from which we could easily get to the sights of the city. Sultanahmet, Aiya-Sofiya are 15 mins away by walk, also Grand-Bazaar is near. Galata tower, Eminönu port are also close if you get by tram T1. Personnel were very polite, open and helpful, due to that we also enjoyed the stay - thanks, Kaan, Emin, Mehmet for the help a lot, we appreciate it so much!
