The room we were given was comfortable. We saw that they had many different rooms. We were frankly hesitant when I read some negative comments in the reviews, but when we arrived, we saw that they were very attentive and friendly.

Pros: Amazing place, in good location for cheap price! The Owner David and his brother helped us with many things, fixing stuff in our room, storing our bicycles, ording taxis for the middle of the night, opening the front doors for us when we came back from partying in the middle of the night and so on.
