Switzerland 🇨🇭

Pros: Fantastic hotel with a friendly and professional staff. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly what I needed. Breakfast offered a great variety of options to start the day right. But what really stood out was the location — absolutely perfect, just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Everything was within walking distance which made exploring the city so easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.The only negative point was the uphill road, but the hotel provided a free buggy service to take us up.This was very kind and convenient. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Pros: Novus hotel is super clean, easy to find, and staff is great! Both receptionists were fantastic, and Sedat extremely helpful as I needed to buy a suitcase but shops where close in. The early morning and he gave one for free!That made my day and changed completely my trip! Breakfast good I will definitely repeat and recommend

Everything was fine.

Pros: Everything was fine with the hotel, with a decent selection of food for breakfast.

Cons: The only downside is that the hotel is located uphill, so it’s a bit harder to walk up the street.

Receptionist were so good and helpful especially Mujahid and his brother , they both were so nice .

Pros: The hotel was good overall. The room and service were fine, and while the breakfast was just okay, it was acceptable considering the price. I paid less compared to other hotels, so I feel it was good value for money.

Pros: It was very nice to have breakfast, a big variety of delicious Turkish food. The bed was veey comfortable and everything was clean. Also it was very nice to have the possibility to dronk tea in the evenings in the room.

Cons: The room was a lőtte bit dark.
