Pros: A very cozy, clean hotel, located in the very center. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is wonderful. I especially want to thank the receptionist, Burak. He is a very responsive, pleasant man who helped solve all our travel problems and was helpful with communication. Thank him very much.

Very nice and clean hotel

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and nice.

Cons: Honestly the breakfast wasn’t special for a special category hotel. Nothing was fresh on the table, especially the bread and bagels were even dry.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, with towels and bed sheets changed daily. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Excellent location, just a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sophia. Highly recommend!

Cons: we faced a few issues: there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (likely from the drains), the air conditioning was off and the room was very hot, and the minibar fridge was not working. These were disappointing at first, but overall the experience was good, next day everything was solved, and I would still recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and great location.

Staff are so profesional and very nice, they are highlight of stay!.

Pros: Hotel Momento is situated in hart of Old Istanbul, walking distance to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar and you can even walk to Bosporus, like we did. So many restaurant around.

Cons: The property is nice and clean. Breakfast is amazing, so many beautiful , delicious dishes. Bedroom nice , not too big, but beautiful and clean.
