the lively atmosphere

Pros: The location was extremely central, putting you close to all the major tourist attractions. Although the area can be busy, the lively atmosphere actually adds a sense of safety. The room was cozy and comfortable, with fully functioning AC.

Wonderful

Pros: The personal service and recommendations about the city from the host Mustafa. A real gem in the big city of Istanbul. The room on the terrace was amazing! We are definitely coming back to this location!

Overall comfortable stay

Pros: Slightly bigger than average room size upstairs next to the terrace which gave the illusion of space. The terrace is used infrequently by other guests and feels like your own personal space.

Cons: The receptionist and staff also manage a sister hotel next door so are not on the property, but will attend to you once contacted. This is an apartment hotel, I needed to adjust my expectations. There is a restaurant on the corner which offers live music, this can be quite noisy but after a day of walking the streets exhaustion beat the noise.

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this small hotel near Galataport and Taksim. The location is perfect, just a short walk to both the Galataport t and the lively Taksim Square. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home.

Pros: It is in a nice safe street of the Taksim Area so it is near to many attractions and to metro and tram stations. From the nearby tram station, it was easy to go to the Sultan Ahmet Mosque. The reception staff Omar was helpful for the guidance of the city. We liked our room which was clean also with good high speed Wi-Fi.
