I recommend this place

Pros: Very nice people, the owner is very polite and friendly and helpful …all the services are available, heater, kettle for hot water, coffee, water, tea, even hairdryer, the room and toilet are very clean and the toiets include all that we need,,also I asked for a free small bed for my child under 3 years old and directly they gave it to me…in all is very nice place to stay, very good location, 5 min to istaklal street.

Cons: Nothing honestly, everything was perfect

Bright and clean room with great facilities in the heart of a bustling neighbourhood

Pros: Excellent sized bright room that was consistently clean. The staff were always available for anything we needed and the communication was exceptional. We found it very easy to check-in and out. Hairdryer, tea making facilities and slippers were very appreciated. The location for us was amazing in terms of the bars and restaurants available and the accessibility of local attractions.

Cons: We stayed on the top floor and did not love have to bring out heavy cases up/down. Weekends in the area can be noisy in the evenings - not a problem for us as we were thrilled by the choices of bars and restaurants, but if you are looking to relax then Fridays + Saturdays can definitely carry noise into the early hours.
