Pros: Everything was good. Nice room and friendly staff.

Pros: Everything there was perfect there was a guy who worked on the reception he's name mohammad very professional and lovely.

Cons: Probably the loud music Friday night i think a sound proof window could sort that out.

Overall, I liked the overall atmosphere. And I'm also grateful to the staff who helped me with all my questions 🫰🏼

Pros: The comfort that is present in the hotel. Also I liked my room 🙂

Cons: The hotel has rules that are not specified during booking. In short, if you want to spend one night there with your partner (look for another hotel). Also, even if you know this person and it is just your friend, but you are not of the same gender, you can't check in later, for the same reason. Because the hotel is considered family and this is for the comfort of couples with children.

Pros: Location, clean rooms, very polite staff Pictures and actual facilities looks the same

Cons: Noisy U can hear all the neighbours and noise from outside is quite strong

Pros: Location is great, room size is good, beds are comfy, breakfast is ok, front desk is very friendly and helpful. Noise in our room was ok, loved the court yard. Wifi was fast and reliable.

Cons: Hot water was not reliable. An iron in the room would be nice. Also some furniture need replacement.

Pros: The reception staff were fantastic and so helpful. They always were friendly and went the extra mile. A special thanks to Ahmed, Olçay and Mohammed. We truly appreciate all they did for us.

Cons: The cleaning staff did not do their job at all. They didn’t clean the dishes nor did they clean the room at times. The left the place dirty which was very disappointing and they couldn’t communicate properly either.

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean . The staff was exceptional Ahmed Muhammed and all.staff were amazing The breakfast was good. The location was perfect I recommend this hotel and im looking forward to come back again .

Great location, spacious apart

Pros: Location is great, very near Istiklal street but at night time and during holidays it can become very noisy (even with windows shut) because of that. It is mostly quiet though. Breakfast option is available at the cafe in the basement. The breakfast was good, not expensive and there is a small garden. Apartment building has a small gym we used few times. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Spacious room. Well equipped.

Cons: Sometimes very noisy at night. Worn-out furniture.

it's great for the price and short stays

Pros: I was staying with a family of 4, suites are not 10/10 clean but much better then i thought it will be after reading other reviews, i would say its 9/10, so pretty close. it was 2 floor suite, i can tell that upper floor was a little bit better, bathroom was bigger and everething was fine unlike lower that had few minor problems, but for us it didnt really metter. Also location is perfect its 20m away from the main street in city center.

Cons: there are few minor things that i didn't like but it wasnt any of problem for us. 1. is in lower floor sometimes u could smell mold but it wasn't strong smell and not that often. Window on lower floor couldn't open (window is like that, so its not like it didn't work). 2. - only 2 windows are in whole suite so there wasn't much sun light. 3. - we arrived when football club galatasaray won the cup so it was very noisy that day but it wasn't too much that i couldn't sleep, other days were work days so there were no noise from the outside. weekends could be problem for light sleepers. 4. when they clean your room they don't change towels. breakfast i didn't try, so that's all from me.
