Cute little place at the very heart of Istanbul

Pros: You would think the location is the main highlight of this apartment but you would be wrong. Location is definitely amazing, together with the perk of making amazing photos and videos from the balcony, so even when you’re relaxing, you are literally in the midst of all the happenings in the Istiklal Street. However, what I really found amazing is the feeling of spaciousness in the apartment (tall ceilings) so even though it is compact, it doesn’t feel that way. It is well decorated. Apartment was very clean and well kept. The heating was very good. The sofa in the room was also very comfy. The hot water in the shower is really hot (not lukewarm as in some places) and pressure was good so it was well to my liking. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially Shah. He went out of his way to help us with anything we needed.

Cons: Music and the street was honestly not that loud especially if you are not a light sleeper and such issues come with the territory of choosing to stay at such location. My mattress was a bit bumpy but they had another duvet in the drawer so I put it over and it was fine. Also, sometimes the air vents would pull in the cigarette smoke from the outside I would presume so we had to turn on the air con to counteract it so it was okay. The drains had unpleasant smell but only when it rained. Honestly, all of these things were irrelevant when you take into consideration all the good stuff so I would not deduct any points.

Pros: Excellent location. Interesting design. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff responds very quickly and resolves all issues. I had a morning flight, and they arranged early check-in for me at no extra charge. I express my sincere gratitude and highly recommend booking.

Pros: The stay was exceptional ,The location is great , The room decoration also is fantastic , the balcony is what you paid for . Mr zafer is a Wonderful guy he makes everything great .

Pros: The staff’s attitude and welcome were absolutely excellent. If you don’t mind the sound of nightlife, I highly recommend it

Excellent location, fantastic value for money, great staff.

Pros: Great location and friendly and helpful staff. Shah was the best, with a great sense of humour and a lot of knowledge about the area.

Cons: It was a bit noisy at night, but luckily we were so tired we were not bothered by it.

Pros: Everything was great! The room (we had the one with hamam) was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the hamam was good too. Very friendly and helpful staff - they helped us with luggage, showed us how to turn the hamam on and brought some kitchen equipment very quickly after we requested it. They also speak English and Russian. The street was noisy only until about midnight and that was only people talking in restaurants, no night clubs nearby.

Cons: We had some minor issues with the shower but it was solved right away

Pros: Enjoyed our 5 days in a good-sized clean room with a balcony in a great location. Reception staff Muhammet & Sha were very helpful and available for any of your needs. Also, Muhammet made sure our taxi for pickup knew where to park and helped us get to location as it's a busy area.

Cons: If you want a quiet night, this is not for you. As the street is busy and loud up to 3am with people.
