Good hotel in a nice neighborhood

Pros: The Pera area is Great. Hotel is 20min with public transport from the grand bazaar. The pool is good. Nice breakfast.

Cons: Massage price is more expensive than in France. The bar is quite small and limited.

Exceptional stay with outstanding service!

Pros: Everything was excellent! The location is perfect, the room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the spa, especially the hammam, was ideal for relaxing without having to leave the hotel. All the staff were extremely polite and professional. A special thank you to Mr. Hassan from the evening shift, always welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind. He truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

It's a good hotel and recommend it for tourists

Pros: The location, cleanliness and traditional hammam in the hotel was great.

Cons: As it is located in a crowded and lively part of the city, the outside crowd and the 24/7 noise of the city was annoying sometimes

Pros: Our stay at Grand Hotel de Pera was excellent. This is the 6th year in a row that we choose to stay at this hotel. The location is the best, located right next to Istiklal street, in a very good and safe area ”Pera”, the breakfast has a very good variety, cleaning and cleanliness of the rooms is done daily and they are very careful to maintain a high standard. All staff are very nice and helpful. An extra big thank you to Mr Durzun at the restaurant/breakfast who is incredibly service-minded and nice, and an extra big thank you to Mr Olcay down at the reception who is also incredibly service-minded and nice.

Good place to go in a good location.

Pros: The staff were brilliant, all the facilities were good other than the gym. The location is great and the cocktail bar is brilliant. WiFi was high speed and had no issues.

Cons: The breakfast was the same everyday (good breakfast but repetitive). The gym was barely a gym. Only a few old machines and no proper weights. The swimming pool didn’t have a jacuzzi but the pool itself was good.

Pros: That’s real comfortable hotel for this money ) Every people who are work Here be a so cute 🩷 Service 10/10

Pros: I stayed at this hotel in May during my trip to Istanbul, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming, the location was perfect, and everything was clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Emir, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay — always ready to assist with a smile and made me feel truly taken care of. His service really stood out and added a personal touch to my visit. Highly recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for warm hospitality and a smooth stay in the heart of Istanbul!

Cons: If you bring ur car there is a problem with finding a spot.

We loved our stay, staff were friendly and helpful and our rooms was lovely.

Pros: Location was amazing!!! Walking distance to Taksim Square and many shops & restaurants.

Cons: Only issue was we had a pram for the baby and there were a lot of stairs to our room which made it hard. Breakfast was very limited.

Pros: I liked the staff on the reception, they are very welcoming and specifically Olcay, what a gentleman and good person.

Cons: The staff in the 6th floor, they are not good enough exept a young girl , i do not remember her name. Room space is small
