If you get a chance. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Pros: The location and interior design. It’s just like the pictures. It’s in the best location and has great views of the city and harbour. It’s close to the Galata Tower and if you make it down that street (due to the amount of amazing shops on your way) you’ll find it easy to get on the tram to go and visit the main sites. The property itself is stunning, comfortable and the rooms are big. The staff are lovely.

Cons: There’s not much criticism. Perhaps a refurb in the bathrooms, namely the showers to bring them up to date but to be honest that’s just me nitpicking. The hotel is beautiful.

Good hotel just beware of the mini Bar price.

Pros: Very convenient location to explore in Istanbul. Walking distance to Istiklal street. Pubs, bars and grocery shops were around the conner.

Cons: I felt like I was scammed for paying £22 + for can of Coca-Cola. Don’t use the hotel mini bar. I did not check the menu price and I do not know whether this was the real price or the receptionist just charged me whatever he wanted. As a traveler all over the word never paid this price for a can of Coca-Cola.

Pros: We spent three wonderful days at the Rixos Pera Hotel. The hotel is located right in the city center and features very elegant interiors, as well as beautiful and cozy rooms with classic décor. The staff deserves the highest praise—very polite, attentive, and helpful. We are very happy with our choice.

Pros: Location was good. Close to Istiklal street. Breakfast was good. Staff efficient and friendly.

Cons: Rooms were small. Family room with only 1 bathroom and no extra closet space for kids. Price was a bit steep. Other hotels in the area were cheaper.
