Pros: The location is excellent. The staff are very helpful. Room size is very good. Breakfast is good

Cons: The light in the room. I have stayed in this hotel may be more than 10 times. The table lamps are not working since years and they didn't fix them. The towels are old and needs changing

Our stay at Maroon was short but enjoyable. The staff assisted with carrying out our luggage

Pros: This was my second time staying at the Maroon Hotel, and in my opinion, the greatest strength of this hotel is its energetic, kind, and lovely staff. They are truly exceptional. The hotel is also clean and has a great location. Many thanks to Ali and Suzy, who helped us during breakfast. I was alone with my 10-month-old baby, and they really supported me

Cons: The only issue was the Wi-Fi quality in our room, which had a slightly weak connection.

Central and value for your money

Pros: We arrived at our accomdation at 7am after arriving in Istanbul at 4.40am. The manager got our room ready for us even though check in was only at 3pm. They arranged 1 of our excursions, organized a taxi for us to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
