Pros: Location was great near to everything cafes, restaurants, atm. Staff was very hospitable and kind especially Kerim. He did the extra mile by helping us on our private day tour, and even gave us complimentary sandwiches and coffee when we arrived. He even gave us complimentary sandwiches the day we had to leave early morning for our local flight to Izmir. Customer service at finest! 😁

Cons: First time I booked a hotel that was very compact even the bathroom but it was ok. Overall it was clean and comfortable so the space wasn't a big deal for me.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located to the main shopping street of Istanbul. While the street is very noisy, hotel's windows perfectly protect from the noise and we were able to sleep quite well at night. Our room also had a small balcony which we really enjoyed. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom had everything we needed. Also, the hotel runs in cooperation with a cafe next door, so they provide you with complementary coffee upon arrival, which was very nice. The staff was also very fiendly and helped us a lot.

Cons: The rooms are rather small, and I wish they had an additional table/space to put the luggage. We barely fit there together in this room.

Pros: The location was very convenient. The staff were very helpful especially when we had a problem getting from the hotel to the airport, due to a sports' fiesta and the closure of the road outside our hotel.

Cons: The place is very central and a bit noisy during the night.
