Very nice stay. Great staff, especially Mr. Yilmaz was very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Solid, turkish breakfast. No buffet, just one plate with local cheese, olives, sucuk, bread, jelly, honey, egg. It was a good start for the day. Add two cups of chay and you are ready for your adventures.

Cons: Facilities are aging and this is visible. Nonetheless, everything you need is functional and clean. Our stay was in late February with cold and wet weather. Heating worked perfectly.

Good location

Pros: The breakfast was protein rich and tasty as you would expect in Turkey, a very good and enjoyable experience. The people who took care of the breakfast were great. The best thing about the location was that everything was close, walking street, tons of restaurants with local people. By far the best!

Cons: Very good service! They booked a perfect TAXI, fast en not expensive as the one at the arrival. Helpuful and kind.

Pros: It was a wonderful experience to be there, the staff was extremly kind, and ready to help with anything. Our room was nice and were cleaned and tidied every day. The hotel has also a really good location, and is in a safe and nice area. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!😊

Pros: Good breakfast, 24/7 manned reception, comfy bed, clean sheets. wifi.

Cons: noise from the club all night, hard to sleep.

Perfect hotel with a good view.

Pros: It is in Prime location! You have access to many tourist places within walking distance and the public transport is easily accessible from the hotel which again is closeby and it saves much time to explore more places. Room 504 has amazing view!

Cons: They could add some hot items in their breakfast but this wasnt a deal breaker.

Pros: The room had everything you need , and it was very clean. The staff was great and friendly , they even let us check in early and they kept our luggage there after check out because our transportation was for later in the day. Breakfast was nice and big portion. The hotel was next to Istiklal street and close to everything you need. Everything was great . I highly suggest it .

Pros: Excellent journey with West Palace hotel with a very good location on Taksim. Thanks to Ismail, Ata, Yilmaz and all the staff for their hospitality and all the advice their give us. The breakfast was good! I appreciate the Turkish tea offered by you guys. Will definitely come again and recommend.

Cons: The cab don't come in front of the hotel because the Taksim road is not allowed for the car.
