İstanbul Merkez Otel

Pros: We were very happy with this accommodation, we couldn't have chosen better. Staff- Baran at the reception is amazing whatever we needed he was there for us, he is very friendly and wants to learn better English so talk to him as much as possible. The cleaning ladies are also great but if you want your room cleaned you have to put a sign on the door. There is also a cafe connected to the hotel, which we visited every morning and evening. It is one of the best in terms of price, taste and atmosphere. The staff is also perfect. Location - The accommodation is right in the middle of everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Hopefully as soon as possible.

Lovely staff and is very helpful

Pros: The location of property is so good it is in centre to most attractions

Cons: You’d have to ask them for cleaning otherwise they don’t do it by themselves. So is the case with fridge, coffee and toiletries, they won’t refill everyday you need to ask them.

Art Karakoy Suites family stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful and reliable. They went all out to help us. Nuh made sure all our needs were met. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Istanbul.

Cons: The TV wasn't working, on days where we had to stay in we couldn't watch anything.

Long weekend stay in Istanbul

Pros: Location, kindness of staff welcoming us especially Baran, comfortable beds.

Cons: On one of the rooms we had a problem with water dripping from air conditioning and making noise, unfortunately the staff could not find a solution but they tried to help the best they could.

Pros: Super nice accomodation & location. Baran the owner was very kind, polite and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Art Karaköy is a great place to stay in Istanbul

Pros: Pros: * Location is perfect - walkable to Taksim, Eminonu, Karaköy, Hagia Sophia. Easy to get to from the airport via a short walk from Haliç station. Halkbank is round the corner for fee free ATM withdrawals. The apartment/hotel is in sort of a industrial supplies district which was fine by me (but just an fyi) * All of the guys at reception are very helpful and polite * We got upgraded for our stay, our apartment was a good size for two, nice enough bathroom.

Cons: Cons: * Windows are thin, and the apartment-hotel is near a very busy main road, so it's a little noisy - lots of honking/ambulances/call to prayer etc. Earplugs are recommended. * Electrics in our room dropped out a couple of times (reception dropped everything to sort it out both times, can't fault the staff) * The bed was _very_ hard

Pros: Awesome guys at the reception. They were always super helpful and reliable. The place is very close to most sites. That being said, it may be a bit noisy.

Great value and location

Pros: The rooms are spacious, clean and you can't get a better location. Just a 5 minute walk to Galata bridge & the tram to Sultanahmet, and just down the road from Galata tower. I could see Hagia Sofia and the river from my room. The staff were always willing to help with any request. Noah was a big help with bookings, trip advice and always offering me Turkish tea as I liked it so much.

Nice place for a short trip

Pros: Comfortable location and good view from the apartment on the high floor. Basic equipment (but no microwave). Convenient for a short trip (2-3 days) if you spend most of the daytime exploring the city.

Cons: Terrible sewage smell from the bathroom. Apartment looks bigger on the pictures than it is in fact.

Pros: Our room was well equipped, clean! Friendly host. After check out, they even kept safe our luggages while we explored the city before heading to the airport.
